People don’t take a job as a blank slate. We come in with a background and experience often in a related type of job. You may want to customize your training program to accommodate these kinds of transitions if they are common. But how do you know the difference from one job to another?

We may not know as much about our learners as we think we do. We must take the time to properly interview our experts and get the big picture before we start diving into the details of tasks and processes.
